Jason Witten plays tight end for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League. He played college football at the University of Tennessee. As the Cowboys third round pick in 2003 (69th overall), Witten got off to a slow start as a rookie, catching just eight passes in his first eight games before turning things around in the second half of the season, when he tallied 27 receptions.
